Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
